Green Juice

Breck and I have started drinking this in the morning instead of coffee for the benefits that it will have on our bodies and to push us towards a healthier life style. This drink is good for boosting your metabolism, getting all the greens you need in a day, and getting your gut up and moving. This recipe is just for the veggies and things you can get from the store but I also add in mine, Collagen Peptides and Super Green Veggie Powder. You can find both of those items on Amazon.

Smoothie is for two people.

  • 2 green apples cored
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 2 cups kale
  • 2 lemons juiced
  • 1 large peeled ginger knob
  • 2 peeled beets with greens
  • 2 sprigs of mint
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 cup of frozen pineapple
  1. Wash all produce
  2. Add all ingredients to blender
  3. Squeeze lemon on top
  4. Blend until smooth
  5. Note: This will be a bit pulpy but just keep in mind that it is good for you while drinking. Lol!
